Policies
Dog Sitting / Vacation Coverage
Vacation coverage can be 3 in home visits per day while you are away, with feedings and care needs. Depending on your walker, they could also provide boarding at their place. Boarding is only for established clients with dogs that have a relationship with their walker. Please fill out a contact form if you are interested in becoming a client! Fill Out Contact Form>
Payment and Scheduling
We make the schedule for the upcoming week Thursday, Friday and Saturday using our scheduling system called Time To Pet. You’ll get a free account. Once you enter your dates you’ll get a zelle or venmo request for those days and that’s it! You can set up recurring scheduling and billing if you have a set schedule at work. And need the same days. So you don’t have to do anything. Time to pet also allows change requests, if you have last minute issues.
Meeting Your Walker
We require a free meeting with your walker. Before any service starts.
Schedule Changes
You can change which days of the week you need walks no problem! The only thing is if you change your time window, we ask advance notice so we can plan. Time to pet also allows for you to request changes in your schedule.
Federal Holidays
We kindly ask advance notice for any travel during the holiday seasons. All of our clients travel usually, so planning gets a little hectic. If you need coverage, please let us know! There is an added rate of $20 for any coverage on major holidays.
Text Notification
All walkers will provide you with a quick text or photo to let you know how the walk went.
Sibling Rate
We have a sibling rate of $7 / sibling, if there are ( 2 ) dogs in the same household that can be walked together.
Late / Early Fees
Any walks that need to occur explicitly in the evening is considered “off peak” and there is an additional $6 dollars per visit. We kindly ask advance notice of any evening walks.
(1) Hour Arrival
However we kindly ask for an arrival window of 1.5 hours around the requested appointment time. Sometimes there is rain, or an issue with a client. It does help if we have a buffer to get there.
Weekends
Weekend walks are available, at an additional $10 per visit. We kindly ask advance notice for weekends.

We operate in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Greenpoint neighborhoods. Generally speaking our service zip codes are 11206, 11211 and 11249.
